Phoned to confirm address, 30 min before appointment. They were polite and professional. Explained what he was doing and why and got furnace running again. Did temporary fix at 9:30 sunday night then came back in two days with specalty parts (had to be ordered) to do permeant fix.
Drew corrected some ductwork to a bedroom that was installed incorrectly from when the house was built. The repair location was very tight but Drew did a great job.
